Kyle + Nicole // Traverse City, MI Proposal

Someone recently asked me, "Mike, what's your favorite picture you've ever taken?"  Without a moment's hesitation I responded "the photo of me on one knee proposing to my fiancé, Debbie."  I was taken aback by how quickly the answer came to mind. I guess it speaks to how much that photo really means to me.  It was such a beautiful moment and every time we glance at it all of the emotions come rushing back.  

It was such an honor to be able to capture that same amazing moment for Kyle and Nicole!  On a leisurely day in Traverse City, Kyle took Nicole on a scenic drive up Old Mission Peninsula.  Little did she know, Kyle had a ring in his pocket and had big plans for that afternoon.  He told her he wanted to check out a brewery he'd heard of called Jolly Pumpkin, but instead of going straight inside he brought her down to the lake to check out the view.  That's where me and Debbie were waiting with our cameras... ready to capture the big moment.  She said yes!!  After a quick photo session and a champagne toast Kyle and Nicole were on their way to a bright and wide-open future together.  Congrats, you two and thank you for letting us be a part of this awesome day!
