Short's Anniversary Party

To mark their 10 year anniversary, Short’s Brewing Company shut down a Michigan highway, took over downtown Bellaire, and hosted a celebration of epic proportion.  The festivities included 99 original Short’s brews on tap and music from Breathe Owl Breathe, Billy Strings & Don Julin, Steppin’ in It, The Ragbirds, and Dean Ween & the Brownouts!  About 6,800 people attended and I’m pretty sure they all had the time of their lives!

Short’s has come a long way and done some amazing things in the past decade.  It has truly been an honor working with them for the past few years.  I have been tasked with documenting their hard work and the fruits of their labor, capturing their shenanigans at events and beer festivals, and creating an archive that will one day help to tell the story of the history of Short’s Brewing Company.  It has been an absolute blast and I can’t wait to see what’s to come!
