Traverse City, MI Engagement Photography // Amanda & Brad

When Amanda and Brad scheduled their engagement session for the end of March I would have never guessed that it would still be winter weather, but sure enough, we ended up on the ice on Lake Michigan!  They wanted to shoot somewhere in the Traverse City area and then grab a local craft brew.  I figured it would be a great opportunity to head up the peninsula, shoot at the beautiful lighthouse park, and head to one of our favorite breweries, the Jolly Pumpkin.  We had a blast walking around the park, taking photos, and trying our best not to step on the soft spots where you suddenly realized that you were walking on 2 feet of snow.  It was great to finally meet them in person and I can’t wait to help them document their big day this summer.
